content. Vividign has developed several packages which address ongoing site
maintenance.
There are two options you have when purchasing maintenance services with Vividign:
- STAND-BY
- Work is performed at our standard shop rates which vary depending on the type of service provided. Ideal for clients with little or no site upkeep. Deposits may be required.
- PAY-AS-YOU-GO
- Save up to 40% on hourly labor rates!
- All work is performed at one flat hourly rate up to the number of hours purchased.
- Once hours are used up, the client simply purchases another maintenance package or reverts back to regular 'stand-by' rates.
- Good for sites needing any type of maintenance - whether daily, monthly or seasonally.
- There is NO TIME LIMIT in which you must use up prepaid hours.

ALL HOURLY RATES ARE BILLED IN 6 MINUTE (1/10th hour) INCREMENTS. Vividign staff 'punch in' and 'punch out' on all client work performed. Monthly work summaries are supplied to prepaid clients upon request.
Prepaid maintenance packages provide lower hourly rates for most work we do
for you, whether website design, maintenance, or print services such as logo development, stationery, business cards, brochures, etc. Prepaid hours cannot be applied to other Vividign services such as website hosting fees, SSL certificates, and others. Contact us for full details.
