Highly complicated... it's probably easier to build a nuclear facility in your back yard. Only entities residing in or belonging to a European Union member state can register an .it domain. The administrative contact must be from the same entity applying for the domain. All DNS zones must be pre-configured beforehand.
Individual registrants must suppply date and place of birth, taxpayer code, and residential address.
Corporate registrants must supply VAT registration, date and place of birth of the admin contact, corporate head office address, residential address of admin contact, taxpayer code of admin contact.

Every .nl domain name sale requires a form stating the purchaser’s place of residence (.nl domain names are only available to residents and businesses with a valid address in the Netherlands).
Prior to a domain being registered, the NL zone file manager checks all name servers. This check includes name servers that have not been stated, but are (evidently) incorporated in the zone file of the domain concerned. |
